How we monitor student learning

At St William's we have a systematic, evidence based and coordinated use of appropriate data to guide to learning and teaching.  There are whole school processes ‚Äčin place to access and use agreed and appropriate data to:

  • Provide a focus on all learners and their learning to provide evidence of where all the students are in their learning development and achievement.

  • Respond appropriately and effectively in planning and teaching for continued development for all students.

  • Inform whole school and individual needs for professional learning for improved literacy teaching and achievement.

This data includes national testing, standardised tests, analysis tools and teacher assessments.
